Just 5 pounds

It’s not much, but it is a start.

Today, September 1, I am exactly 5 pounds lighter than I was on August 1. I have been making changes. Less soda…more water…1-3 times a week at the gym instead of 0 times there… more thinking about what I am choosing to eat. I have not been perfect by any means, but those little changes helped make those 5 pounds disappear.

No one but me will even notice at the moment, you really can’t tell from the visual point, but I am starting to feel it. I like the feeling!

Going to keep finding the healthier me – not once again, but once and for all!
